Who Are We

Our journey from a small community to a thriving church family.

Our History

Our church began as an Indian (Keralite) oriented community known as South India Assembly of God in 1992. Soon thereafter, the church became affiliated with the New York District Assemblies of God. With the direction of the Holy Spirit and vision given to the leadership, we became affiliated with the General Council of The Assemblies of God in 1998 and changed our name to Salem Assembly of God (SAG), as called today.

First Home

The church is invested in the development of youth, training and building them into a generation that works towards the expansion of the kingdom of God. We have a mission in our hearts to prepare our community, city, and the country for HIS second coming. If you are looking for a place to worship God in true spirit, without any boundaries, we heartily welcome you to our church. Thank you for visiting us!

Our Mission

To enlarge God's Kingdom, Salem AG is a witnessing community that empowers and equips believers to engage people through acts of kindness, community involvement, and evangelization.

Our Vision

At Salem AG, our Vision is to cultivate a community of authentic believers who ardently pursue a deep knowledge of Christ, discover their unique purpose, and collaboratively create a significant impact in both the local community and the world.
